What is Lifeflow?

This set of meditation CDs is meant to boost your meditation practice and give you more benefits than what you’re getting right now.

How it works

Brainwave entrainment is a more targeted approach to your brain. Your brain responds differently to meditation over years.

When you have been doing this for a while, the brain waves have a stronger pattern than when it is new. These two effects have different results.

Lifeflow can help you experience the effects of someone who is an experienced meditator, even as a beginner. They alter the patterns you make while you meditate to create patterns that allow you to enter deep meditation with specially created audio tracks.

Your entire life will be transformed by this new pattern.

Based on their wave frequency, the audio tracks are divided into three sections.

Lifeflow uses three types of waves:

• Alpha

• Theta

• Delta

These waves can be used for many purposes, including to induce concentration and mental clarity, meditative states, sleep, and other states.

You will find 10 tracks on the CDs. Start at level 10.

Level 10 is the highest level. Next comes levels 9, 8 or 7, which also use Alpha waves.

You can then move to levels 6, 5, and 4, which have lower theta wave levels, and then to the deepest levels, 3, 2 and 1, which have the lowest, but still well-suited for meditation, the Delta waves.

In a way, the frequency of the waves will decrease as you listen to the tracks. This will help calm your nerves down and allow you to enter deep meditation states, like the Zen masters.
How to use Lifeflow Program

As mentioned earlier, there are different packages that can be purchased at different levels.

Level 10 is the highest and recommended level to start at. You can then go on to level 9, and then level 8, and continue that sequence until you reach level 1.

You should purchase a package if you need specific states such as focus, attention, sleep, creativity or sleep.

Lifeflow 10 allows you to relax, taking you from relaxing alpha waves to high beta waves:

• Lifeflow alpha pack (levels 9, 8 and 7) helps you perform way better in different activities than you often do, by increasing your energy. You can use the tracks to help with your exercise, creativity, and studies.-It is a challenging task.

• Lifeflow theta pack (levels 6, 5 and 4) helps you relax, sleep and provide more insight into your creative projects. It can be used for meditation and immune support.

• Lifeflow delta pack (levels 3, 2 and 1) helps you go to the greatest depths of meditation. These wave frequencies are most well-known for deep meditation.

For any of the 10 levels that you select, here’s how to listen to the tracks:

• Make yourself comfortable where you are seated.

• Plug in your headphones or earphones.

• Listen through the tracks as you meditate, work or relax.
People who are not allowed to use Lifeflow

Just for a heads up, it’s not Lifeflow only, but all other brainwave entrainment products.

Some people are strongly discouraged from using these types of systems for safety reasons. These people are:

• With epilepsy, so as to keep seizures from occurring.

• With mental illnesses and brain injuries

• With less than 18 years of age

• Who are driving or working on seriously dangerous machines while listening to the tracks (to avoid excess relaxation which may be dangerous).

These people can be referred to their doctor for advice or they may simply prescribe nootropics.
